A NEW STANDARD
OF CARE FOR SUICIDE LOSS
The Elle Fisher Foundation
is building the first faith-led sanctuary model for those navigating suicide loss and profound grief.
Not treatment.
Not retreat.
A new standard of care
built on rest, dignity,
and human presence.

A GAP IN CARE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN PROPERLY ADDRESSED
Suicide loss is one of the most destabilizing human experiences.
Yet there are no environments designed to support individuals in the immediate aftermath of that loss.
What exists today is either clinical or absent.
Neither meets the moment.

SUICIDE LOSS REQUIRES A DIFFERENT KIND OF CARE.
THIS IS WHAT WE ARE BUILDING.
IN DEVELOPMENT
The first sanctuary is currently in early-stage development.
Site direction, architectural planning, and operational design are underway.
A small group of founding donors is now being assembled to bring the first location to life.
This is being built deliberately, and from the ground up.
A NEW MODEL
OF CARE
The Elle Fisher Foundation is establishing a sanctuary-based model designed specifically for suicide loss.
A residential environment where individuals can arrive without pressure, expectation, or clinical framing — and be cared for through rest, stability, and quiet human presence.
This is not an extension of existing systems.
It is a replacement for what is missing.

SAMSARA SANCTUARY
The first physical expression of this model.
A residential refuge designed specifically for individuals and families navigating suicide loss.
Private rooms.
Shared spaces.
Nourishing meals.
A daily rhythm centered on rest and restoration.
No clinical process.
No expectation to get over it.
No timeline.
Only genuine care.
DESIGNED AS A MODEL, NOT A SINGLE PLACE
Samsāra is the first location within a broader, scalable sanctuary model.
The long-term vision is a network of environments built to the same standard of care, expanding access while maintaining integrity.
This is infrastructure for a form of care that does not yet exist at scale.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

Rates of suicide and emotional collapse
continue to rise globally.
But the way we respond to suicide loss has not meaningfully evolved.
People are left to navigate one of the most destabilizing experiences
of their lives without environments designed to support them through it.
What exists today
is not enough.
A new model is required.

FOR THOSE WHO BUILD WHAT
DOESN´T EXIST YET
We are assembling a small group of founding donors to define how this model enters the world.
This is early.
And that matters.
Those involved at this stage are not supporting from the outside.
They are part of what establishes it.
RECEIVE UPDATES
For those who understand what is being built and want to be part of its early formation.
We will reach out directly as select opportunities to support and shape the foundation become available.
